Perfect Prep poreless primer

just received my order of Mally products - concerned about the poreless primer I received - there was NO protection (plastic over/film) on top of the cream and it looks like it was "spooned" in. Not smooth - looks like a glob of jelly. Does anyone know if this is the way it should be received? Linda
