Perfect Formula - Super Saturday Kit Question

I ordered this kit and used it for the first time last night. After about an hour or regular air drying I noticed teeeeny little bubbles.....lots of them.....that formed on my nails. It didn't happen on all the nails, but most of them.

I used the Pink color (not the Mystic one) with the booster as a base and top coat as suggested. I don't think I globbed on too much. One thin coat of top coat.....2 normal coats of color.....and thin layer of booster top coat. I let them air dry a little in between each coat.

Any ideas?

I don't think you are giving the polish coat enough time to dry.
