Payless??

I was in Payless Shoes today and noticed that they have a line of fragrances, makeup, lotions and nail polishes. It all looked nice and was surprised to see it. It was also nicely packaged and all tightly sealed. It looks like inexpensive MU and such, but sometimes people here have had good things to say about more affordable brands. Has anyone tried it and if so what did you think? Thanks.
