My stylist suggested that I start using a curling iron, told me to get a 3/4". I haven't used one in forever. I can't spend a fortune but I wanted a good one. Found a Paul Mitchell on Amazon, a gold one. It was $60, I paid for half of it in Amex points.

It only had one review, it was five stars. It's arriving Sunday so we'll see. Does anyone have one?

Re: Paul Mitchell Curling Iron

If you mean does anyone have the one you ordered, not me. If you just mean does anyone use a curling iron I do have one that I use a lot. Mine looks like my Perfector, in other words no piece that clamps down on the  barrel. Just a round tube w/teeth. I use it in place of the Perfector for the first couple of weeks after a haircut because of the smaller barrel. The ones with the clamp down thingy, well I just couldn't get the hang of using that kind.

Just be careful not to burn your scalp. I haven’t used one in years but I do have the Perfector too and the new Calista  dryer w/attachments. There is a curling brush.

I hope you like your new iron.
