I'm not into hair and makeup. I use shampoo and thats it. I need your help. I saw something on the Q for hair. All I remember is: put a pea size amount of the lotion on your hand and clap you hands then rub into hair. The hair puffs up and looks nice. I think the key word here is the clapping. If anyone has any idea what i'm tlaking about like a name or item number I would be very appreciative.
