Have you ever heard /read this term?  I just did for the first time.

I was interested in this Dior palette and checked the eBay pricing (MORE expensive on eBay).  Some of the listings had this in the title, Parallel Import Goods.  I Googled it.

Parallel importing is an unauthorized import of non-counterfeit goods into a country. The goods are imported without the express permission of the intellectual property owner. Individuals refer to this as gray market goods.

My guess is that this happens frequently on eBay but this is the first time I've read it in a listing.  I don't know if it's the seller or eBay is cracking down on certain sales.  Matters not as it's more expensive than buying it from Dior or Sephora.
