That monistat your using only use a pea size for your whole face or it gets too greasy and your foundation won't spread well. Personally, I know alot of people who use it but I prefer Hard Candy Sheer Envy Primer, very simlar to Smashbox. sold at Walmart. Glad your found the right shade of foundation. The Neutralizer is for mainly yellow undertone skin but it's warm enough to use as your concealer for many skin types, I have that also & also in the Fair & Brightening. But don't have the Dark Spot concealer. But like any concealer on the face not the eyes. dot it on with your finger, then pat it will a flat brush, more like Pat Pat to spread a bit then take your foundation color & pat then on to match your face. Here we go I also reco. buying the new Maybelline powder called " the Protector w build in primer. I sometime use it for a finishing powder, it's very silky like the foundation. You can pat that on your face after the dark spot, foundaton, then the silky powder to set.

You can also use the concealer Brightner, as a concealer if your skin is fair & bring it down & sweep it up beyond your cheekbone as a soft highlighter. If you have deep circles use the neutralizer then put a bit of brightner on top & again highlight your upper cheekbones also down the nose. Have a great Day Sweetie!
