--I didn't realize it was a color product. It sounds really nice and I will check them out. I thought it was just a balm type product. The heat dries me out so bad during the winter.

They are offering it in a Honey and Berry shade. I have the Berry and its very sheer. The heat dries me out terribly as well. The JM infinity cream and argan balm have been lip savers for me. I have 2 mini infinity creams from kits and I just love the size. Perhaps it will be a good size so I can get through it before it separates a lot or something….

Last summer or fall I cleaned out all my liners. I was motivated by all the transferring I was experiencing. I saw that EL has a lot of new DoubleWear shades out and the smugger end is different. I really like the Bronze and Onyx shades but found some other shades such as the grey to get very dry fast and be hard with application. At any rate some of the shades are very pretty. They also have out these new Envy Sculpting shine lipsticks. Have you seen them? I'm wondering if I may prefer that formula as I like a lighter lip? IF I pick one up it will be for spring and as a 'reward' for a goal such as weight loss or healthy eating. Need some extra motivation here. LOL

Yes, I do have highlights. I get them done about 2x/year. They are very low maintenance for me but I have to be careful because double processing gray hair can make it rather dry. I do the base color myself, dark blonde and then my hairdresser does the highlights. I found that when I was going with just the box color it was looking a bit bland after a while. For some reason my hair just naturally lightens and looks lighter than the box. Oh well!

This is my hair color.

Personally I love highlights. They brighten my face up and I just think they are pretty. I also love dark hair but at my age with so much gray I feel its no longer a good option-way too much high maintenance.

--I purchased some good traveling type containers that were recommended on sites for smoothies on the go. Have you ever taken them on the go? I wonder how it would hold up. I would love to supplement lunch with one. Aside from soup, I am not much of a hot person food. I have no problem eating my food cold. lol What I don't like is ice cold drinks-sensitive teeth and brain freeze.

I have often taken my smoothies to go to work in the morning. DH was grossed out by my bottle with straw (it turned green, lol) that he bought me this.

-Yes, I need to eat better. Honestly, I've been eating like c*ap. Doing so much work here and then work, I was too tired to cook properly, but that will change. I need to eat right and lose weight, so if you would like maybe we can exchange ideas for better eating and help each other along the way.

Sounds good. No I haven't used a dutch oven to roast veggies. It is good for those 'one pot' meals, pot roasts, soups, stews. I was totally shocked that my new oven landed on my doorstep today!!!! Its very nice and I'm so excited to use it. This recipe is very delicious and healthy. You might like to try it. I will be making it this week in the new oven. I will say that I do add extra diced tomatoes because I don't like super thick chili.

Hmm it sounds like you like warm drinks and cold foods? My problem is I like it all.

This looks good. I have her latest book and will be making her chocolate almond butter protein bomb smoothie tomorrow. I find that if you google that specific recipe a bunch of nice ones from her book come right up.
