Hi pupwhipped. Just wondering if you got the American West butterfly piece? What do you think of it?

Mine came in yesterday. I think it's very pretty, and it looks great on me. I also love the adjustability and chain portion of the necklace. However, I'm disappointed in the weight. The front center of the piece is very thin and bendable, and the pendant is also very light weight. I'll probably keep it, because I really do like it, but I'd be seriously disappointed if I'd spent full price!

Hi @ItsME. Well, I like it well enough, and I don't really have anything like this necklace chain in my CP collection...and I have an absolute ton of her pieces! I think we got a really great price on this. But no, I would not have paid full price for it. I actually tried a couple of larger enhancers on the necklace and I really wasn't worried about it bending or anything. The only thing I saw was that any enhancer may swing a tiny bit back and forth as there is nothing to keep it anchored, if you know what I mean. Like you, I love that you can make the necklace any shorter length you want.

I will definitely be keeping it. Sadly, I did receive a defective necklace from CP's collection this week. I ordered J322896 in black when it was a one day only last week...it was a whopping three dollars off the clearance price. Ha! One of the silver beads is totally drilled off center and doesn't line up on the necklace. It will be going back. I'm a little surprised as I don't know that I've ever gotten a totally defective item from Carolyn Pollack before. I guess there's always a first time for everything.

HI @pupwhipped. I'm glad you're liking your new acquisition! I don't have any of her other enhancers yet, but when I bought this piece, I thought I might pick some up .... at the right price, of course! My only concern with that plan now, is if the quality will be up to the level of the other pieces I have of hers.
