Packaging Improvements

I stopped taking my Auto-Delivery of Dr. Perricone Neuropeptide Serum when I realized each delivery re-sent the pump, which I feel is wasteful. If enough of us speak up, perhaps we could convince QVC to offer subsequent shipments without this part -- and replace the bottle with a simple twist cap. However, I do understand there might be a sanitation need for a new pump, say, once a year? QVC is very innovative and I know they can create an auto-delivery plan that would offer a new pump with every 4th delivery, or similar plan. PLEASE SPEAK UP.
