PTR Laser vs Dr Gross extra strength Alpha Beta Pads?

I am really confused here. Hope some of you wonderful ladies can help.

I just received the Dr Gross extra strenght pads and have used them 2 nites so far. Results seem very good. I had also ordered the PTR laser and now I am wondering if they both do the same thing?

Would appreciate any help here.
