Look into blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery) if that is all that bothers you.

On this they draw your blood and spin it---then inject it into places---for me, on my face.  I watched Youtube and researched quite a bit.  It seems to last last 1 to 2 years.  But, it takes 3 rounds---about a month apart.  I go next week for a consult---will up date here!

PRP can also be delivered into the skin by microneedling technique so there can be double the regenerative power using both at the same time. That kind of treatment is called a 'vampire facial'.
