POM and boar bristle brush

I was so excited to receive my POM & SAM duo AND my large boar bristle brush today! Yay! I hadn't tried the POM yet, so immediately I opened up and smelled it and was repulsed by its scent. Tonight, I tried it out and absolutely love it (& the scent). I figure that it smelled a little bad because it was a hot day and the bottle was warm when it arrived. Fortunately, though, I am very pleased with the scent.

I also love the boar bristle brush! If you haven't tried it out yet, do so! It's wonderful on my hair and you can definitely tell a difference in the texture/look of my hair after using it as opposed to regular brushes. The only concern I have is.. well... have you seen the shape of the brush handle? The tip of it is so pointy that it could pass for a weapon. I'm concerned that it'll pose as an issue at the airport! LOL.... Has anyone else noticed/realized this?
