POLL: Does QVC's S&H Fees Keep You From Ordering?

I admit it - I'm frugal. Not cheap, but frugal.

During the past year or so, the S&H fees at QVC have gotten to be too much, esp. when they add my 7% state sales tax ON THE S&H FEE to boot!

I see MANY others posting the same gripe - S&H way too much.

So, my question is simple: Does the QVC S&H fee keep you from ordering an item you otherwise would purchase from them?
