Overseas Customer Service Agents

I tried to order the Carol's Daughter TS on that "other" network this week and after trying to talk to a phone rep in INDIA I simply gave up. She kept calling me BONE E and my first name is Bonnie....Is that really that hard to pronounce? Then the computer locked up so after eating up 20 minutes that I pay for, I gave up. I was not able to get to the library to order online....I think it is sad they can't find enough people in the USA that need jobs, they have to outsource greed to India.....
