Outstanding Customer Service Experience!

I'm not a frequent poster, but have learned so much from these boards, I had to share. About a month ago, I bought some African Black Soap and natural deodorant from a kiosk at a marketplace. The soap has been amazing! I was unable to continue using the STO Black soap, as it was too harsh for my face. This Black soap is not drying, though, and my complexion has never looked so good.

Anyway, while I really liked the effectiveness of the deodorant, after about three weeks, I noticed my armpits were getting darker...maybe from the cocoa butter??? I contacted the seller, and told them what was happening. They asked if I wanted a refund...I told them no, that I really liked the product, but could I apply it differently or something so I wouldn't get the darkening. They offered to reformulate it, and send the reformulated deoderant to me free of charge! I got my package today...they included a letter, thanking me for my patience, and included the newly reformulated deodorant, along with a bottle of cold-pressed coconut oil and a lip butter for my inconvenience. I was shocked!

I can't wait to try my goodies. I know that people on the boards have mentioned that coconut oil is helpful for dry hair, so I'd been wanting to try it. I found it really gratifying that a small company would have such outstanding customer service. It kind of restores my faith in people!{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}
