Ordering problems with the Q.

I ordered an item this week and it was "processing" forever. I ordered two and decided I better just get one. Well, apparently when I changed from two to one, they CANCELED it!! It is no longer available, and when I called today the CS was very rude and just said "Sorry, it's not available....have a good night!!!!" What? They still have the products and all they have to do is give me the price I ordered at right? She said sorry, we can't do that.

I don't think I should lose out on the order over THEIR mistake. Am I wrong? Her solution was to have me look over other products and give them a call back when I decide and they will be happy to place the order for me. At REGULAR price.......

Should I call back and ask to speak to someone else? I haven't ordered many things from here.
