Order/shipping time????

I have on AD my Laura Geller B&B, date was 7-3, I have called twice and no one knows why the heck it is just sitting there and not going out. Anyone else having issues? I was thrilled that it now has spf 15, wonder if that is the holdup, at least prior I have been told it was waitlisted on AD. I think that kind of goes against why you have AD so you can get it when you need it.
