He has, if you'd only read through the various posts where people have posted WEN's responses and links to the responses. Although I am sure the response won't be acceptable for many.

And I'm pretty sure you don't know Chaz so not really sure you can make a statement about what his frame of mind is.

There's no denial on anyone's part. What good does it do to jump to conclusions before all of the facts are presented?

Wen has been presented on QVC since 2005, so isn't it strange that the number of hair loss claims is relatively low; and did it actually take so many years before some woman associated Wen with her hair loss?
