For anyone that used Ojon....my favorite was the Restorative Treatment Hairspray. It came in a brown spray can. I liked it because it did not make hair stiff, and you could comb through it and not feel like your hair was stiff or sticky, etc. They have discontinued it, and was wondering if anyone that used it has found a replacement. Thanks for any suggestions!

Try one of Nick Chavez's hairsprays. I've used a couple and they do not make my hair stiff. They hold, but will comb through nicely.

As an alternative, for many years I used something called Mink Difference. Comes in a brown spray can,and I know it is available at Walgreen's. Less expensive than Nick's if money is an object.

Have you checked Ulta? They carry a lot of Ojon things that I thought were discontinued. I use the WEN treatment spray now, but I did use many Ojon products...

I too loved everything Ojon especially their hairspray (even with all their nozzle problems). The very last hairspray the Q offered that was Ojon was the worst by that time "something" had been done to the original product, the smell was awful and the product was sticky. Anyway in answer to you question I found what I believe is the best hairspray since Ojon, it's BIOMEGA, FIRM & FABULOUS and FREEZE BABY by AQUAGE. Unfortunately you're going to have your beauty operator order it for you, it's only sold at beauty supply stores (as far as I know).

I am a retired beauty operator and received a sample with one of my purchases and this product is the best I have found since OJON. You can use this over & over again and it doesn't get hard yet it seems to condition the hair in the process, The FREEZE BABY version has a more "stiff" quality but still you can comb through it. Good luck!
