My mother said she watched a show of either The Doctors or Dr. Oz and he was showing an item that women can put on their arms. Its almost like a leg warmer but for arms and is sleeve length but it also, somehow, makes the flabby upper arms look much smaller and firmer. Does ANYONE know of this item and/or where it can be purchased??? Thanks!
