OT........ebay buyers

I'm really over selling on ebay. The fees are getting ridiculous. But, my biggest crank is WHY do people buy and never pay? I don't know if I should be concerned if the buyer is OK or to be ticked!!! Gawd, it's annoying though!
When I buy something on the bay, I pay right away unless I'm watching another auction from that seller. I want my stuff! So I pay right away.
I truly wish Ebay ran like a regular retailer. You buy, you pay right then and there.
Phhhffffttttt!
