The month of March in Ohio is Developmental Disabilites month. I work with children and adults who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, downs syndrome...

Those of you who are my FB friends, on my timeline is a short video that will give you the idea why my DH and I do what we do for a living.

The lady with a cat we take care of and even though she is a year younger than me...I am her "mom". I have worked with each and every one of the children and adults in the video.

Two of the guys are on the Special Olympics basketball team. One of them got so excited after he made the last basket of the game.
