Last night I was looking at Jay King's jewelry on HSN. At the bottom of the page it had Your Custom Picks shown and there was a necklace there that I liked and it showed it on sale for $149.90. However, when I clicked on the link the item description page showed it at $179.90. I tried putting it in my cart to see if I would get the sale price, but no. So, I called Customer Service. They said the price was $179.90 and made a note to tell the IT guys to fix the price. Later in the evening I saw the price as stated.
Fast forward to this afternoon. I was looking again to see if there was anything left that I might be interested in. I see that necklace under Sold Out with the sale price listed. So, now I'm thinking they put it on sale today and the CS guy didn't tell me. Do they know that info? Should I complain?
