OT, Oscar make-up

For those that watched last night (or are looking at pics today)...any thoughts about the make-up? Funny how they review the clothes, but rarely (unless it's really bad) the make-up.

What I noticed...everyone seemed to be wearing browns & taupes. Everything from very natural looking to more dramatic shimmers, but the color of the evening seemed to be brown. For those of us who have collected BE for a few years - it should be no problem to be "in" if this is indeed the color for the season.

Very few dark lips...and very light on the blush. A little too light on some, if you ask me. Maybe it was just when I was watching, but I didn't see anyone making the fake tan/bronzer gaff. Seems like someone ends up looking like an ompa-loompa every year, but I didn't see it this year. As a very fair blonde - I find that a good trend.

Anyone else notice this? or other make-up trends?
