OT Neilsen Invitation

I just got two crisp one dollar bills from Neilsen, the TV ratings people. What is involved in tracking your viewing habits for them? I once did this for Arbitron (radio) and we had to write things down. Do you do this for Neilsen or do they affix something to your TV or what? I'm a horrible channel hopper.
