I agree that his advice isn't for everyone but he does have really sound proven advice that have helped millions of people.

As for him going bankrupt, he sure did and talks about it often and how his arrogant thinking and careless attitude toward money led to that almost 30 yrs ago. Personally I would much rather take the advice of someone who was doing really well financially then lost it all and smartened up and became even more successful. He is speaking from experience. Many people can become successful one time but I think it says a lot about a person when they lose everything and turn around and get it back, only to become more successful than the last time. He really learned from his mistakes and how NOT to operate in the real estate business and how dangerous credit cards can be.

Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.
