Very sad, crying now. I have loved Joan and followed her since her Johnny Carson days. My family has Yorkies because of her and I am so grateful for this. Collect her clothes which fit me to a "T." And many of her jewels, too.

To be honest, I've liked her more than many family members and this is a great loss. I'm guessing many feel the same way.

It's just incredible that she could be onstage entertaining one day and in a coma the next. I imagine the family is devastated. A lesson to never take going under anesthesia lightly.

I'm heartbroken too. Joan was one of a kind and will be so greatly missed. May she Rest in Peace. She's now with her beloved Edgar and all her four-legged babies who have since passed on. My family and I extend our deepest sympathies to Melissa, Cooper, David Dangle and all her loved ones.

Just saw David Dangle's QVC Facebook page and it's very moving.
