You can always start over on the healthy eating. I have really stayed away from sugar for years & low sodium (with an occasional indiscretion) Eventually your tastes do change.

I know that is true. I am such an emotional eater. I think sometimes I'm on self destruct. What sensible person would walk away from something that worked so well? I think I have so many inner battles that it gets in the way of healing. Believe me I get very depressed when I think that this time last year I was walking two miles a day. Goes against common sense.
