OPI Bubble Bath?

When I was at the grocery store today, there were a few OPI nail polishes. The bottom of the bottle looks different than the regular bottles. It was only the name of the polish across the middle. They had Dutch Tulips and Bubble Bath. Does anyone know the difference? Also, they were $9.00!
