But there isn't.

Not even if you print the label from your qvc account? I could have sworn I saw I tracking # when I tossed my packing slip one time & had to do a return.

I am sorry this has happened to you. Yes, it happened to me. I bought a purse which I decided to return. I used QVC's return label. It was shortly after QVC started supplying return labels. I checked periodically the website to see if the return had been processed. Some items do take longer - don't know why. I called CS. Was told they had not received the return. There was nothing I could do. I did not have the tracking number. I was out $100. From that day forward I make a copy of the return label if I decide to return an item. HTH

I returned something a couple weeks back, and it hasn't showed up yet. I called CS today and was told that it was probably a holiday delay. No tracking info showing up yet, but she said that I shouldn't worry about that. The ring I returned was $100, so you bet I'll raise holy heck if it doesn't show up.

Thanks ladies.......I'll keep my fingers crossed. I just saw another post about returns so hopefully the Q is behind. I'm sure the extended return date has got the returns dept spinning. Crossing fingers!

It does take a while for a return to get processed, however, if an item is expensive I always wait in line and have the post office clerk scan it and give me a receipt for my record. If it's not that pricey I just drop off at post office but have never had a problem.

Between the massive amount of returns they are processing right now along with possible delays in shipping, 2 weeks isn't unreasonable for a return to not show up just yet. If after 3 weeks they still show no sign of it then I would start making a real fuss. They provide these labels and they are supposedly insured so the onus should fall on them.

If you have no history of claiming multiple returns failing to show up, I seriously doubt QVC will give you a problem. It is all a part of doing business. I have had purchases show up with nothing in the box and other times not show up at all and they always shipped me another, never questioning my honesty.

I often plan on at least a minimum of 3 weeks to see a credit for returns and even then it occasionally takes longer.

I think you'll be fine. If you ask at the Post Office where on the label is the actual tracking number, you can also write that down at home before sending future returns. I am going to be sure to get the PO to scan them from now on but if I did want to drop something off or give to the Postal Carrier, I would know how to copy the tracking # before handing it off.

I wouldn't send more than one item using their return label. It may save money but they scan the label and it will only show that one item. I did this once and had to call CS. They had to investigate before I received my other credits. The Q's label does have a tracking #. It's at the very bottom, right under the bar code. I always scan and make a copy of it before putting it on my box. Also, self addressed labeled returns at the USPS aren't handled they same as regular packages. Their not picked up every day.......sometimes twice a week.....even once a week.

If it is in the tracking system it has been my exprierence qvc will go ahead and give you a refund after 2 weeks whether they get it or not. I drop my packages off at UPS. I have had several packages go missing in my own local PO so I would never leave it there. Qvc gave me refunds after 2 weeks. If it never did get entered in the system then I am not sure what they would do. I have never combined items. I would not do that with their lables. If it did go missing that would be awfully hard to prove all you had in there. If you did your own label, insured it and listed all the items that were in there that would be different but then if you do your own label it's up to you to persue $$ from the PO.

So sorry you are going through this...

I had this happen to me once. They Q eventually refunded my $ but it took me going up the chain to get it.

What my post office told me was that the Q label uses parcel post which is the cheapest way to ship something back which means it could sit in the PO for weeks before it gets in the system. MY PO said they have to have at least two pieces of parcel post before they can put it in the system. Never again will I use the Q label.

Good Luck!
Hope you get your refund.

My understanding is that if the item is accepted for return by the PO, it is then guaranteed to be received by QVC. I get paper receipts that item's have been accepted at my PO, BUT I understand that some post offices refuse to give receipts. If you have some acknowledgement that the local PO has taken the item, the item becomes their responsibility.
