Anyone ever been told sorry, we didn't get your return? I returned 3 items (2 items came broken or a part missing and the 3rd was the wrong item) in one box over 2 weeks ago. Used the Q label and still no tracking info etc. Called CS and was told, sorry, no returns received. What's next I ask? Nothing, until we get the return. If I'm out over $100, I will cry and then raise holy hellllllll! Just curious if anyone has ever had an issue with a return.

I always wondered if you use their label, what happens if it gets lost? There should be a tracking number or SOMETHING!

Did you go into your order online and look at the return tracking? I returned something on the 8th and it shows up as received by the post office ( I dropped it at our post office) 2 days to get to the facility, sat there for 3 days and is now in transit for the last 2 days.

If you used their label it has to say something if USPS received it.

It seems that a lot of tracking (USPS more so than UPS) just doesn't show updates sometimes. I've tracked packages that all of a sudden seemed to get held up mid-way for days, then the item shows up on my doorstep even though the tracking says it's still in Illinois. I'm hoping that's what's happening with the OP's items.

Yes, I had it happen with me on a Macy's return once, it was totally upsetting. The Q label you used should have been scanned at your post office and should have registered. I'm sorry for the frustration you're going through - totally understandable. I do think there's a chance it might still show up, though, because I did a Q return several months ago and it took a really long before it showed as "returned" on my order history. I was really worried about it but then one day it showed up! So there's still hope!

I used the QVC return label (they send me the wrong item) ... dropped it off last week, and still no tracking into. My post office does not give drop-off receipts.

QVC has a lot of problems.

Oh great. I am always wary of using their labels. I did on the 13th. Just checked and it only shows that I printed it. No drop off info.

Make sure you check the box that states you want confirmation that the item was returned. I'm sure they are dealing with tons of holiday returns right now. Hopefully, you get credited in a couple day. If you used their label, their should be a tracking # in your account.

This happened to me a few months ago when I received the wrong color of a Dooney bag.

I used the label and brought it to my local Post Office. The clerk scanned it, and I received a receipt with a tracking number. Well, weeks later, my return was not processed and I called customer service. The rep told me that it was still in their Post Office. It seems that since they receive such a huge number of returns, a truck from QVC comes periodically to pick up the haul of returns. Eventually, my return was credited, but it took about 3 weeks.

But there isn't.
