Hopefully, you get credited in a couple day. If you used their label, their should be a tracking # in your account.
I think what the OP is saying is that when she types in her tracking number, no info. comes up.

I always have a track number for my package so I know when it was received and who signed for it and at what time. Get track numbers for your packages and it will end your misery.

I bought the last Ryka TSV in 2 sizes and 2 colors, none fit, so I returned them using the QVC label, they were shipped to me in one big box. I handed the big box to my carrier on Saturday, January 4, and am still seeing no tracking or any record that I've given it to the post office. I saw him again last Saturday and asked him about it and he stated he scanned the package, but nothing is showing yet and I'm worried.

I know the Post Master here quite well. He says:
QVC uses a third party shipper to pick up returns using their labels. Sometimes they sit at the PO for a long time until enough items are ready to pick up. They do NOT immediately go out.
All U.S. post offices are under the SAME regulations. If you wait in line, hand them a package using the return label, they MUST scan it in AND MUST give you a receipt. There is no such thing as 'they won't give return receipts.' If you have a clerk tell you that...insist and ask for the manager. I would NEVER just hand it to a postal clerk or mail carrier. You have NO proof then you returned something. Making a copy is a great idea, but if you don't have the dated posted office receipt, you can't actually prove you returned it.
Once you have a dated receipt...your job is done. You have proof of your return. According to my Post Master, it is on QVC to pick it up and have it shipped back. After approx. 3 weeks...if it still hasn't arrived...QVC should issue you a refund and they must initiate the lost tracking process themselves. Please don't settle for anything less!

I don't ever go into the post office for anything. Any returns I have I drop in the mailbox that is on my street or if the box is too big, there is a huge bin in the post office lobby where I drop the package. I've never had an issue.
If you are having so many issues returning via USPS, try UPS instead. Q returns can be returned either way.

Here is the good news. You can file a dispute if you used a cc and the cc co should give you your money back.

I have asked for the manager. Why don't you come with me to the post office next time, and you can argue with her.

Speaking of returns, does anyone know about the extended holiday return policy? Does it have to be back BY the 30th of January, or postmarked by then?

My PO won't give me a receipt either. They grab my package and throw it in bins they have along the wall.
