O/T What Channel Does SoapNet come on?

I have tried looking on the internet to find this out but I can't seem to do it. Ladies I have Comcast. What channel does SoapNet come on? For some reason my tv did not DVR my two favorite soaps "The Young and the Restless" and "The Bold and the Beautiful". I thought it was 140 something? Any info you ladies can give me I appreciate it...thanks Annabelle!
