O/T: Thanks for the memories!

I go back to work tomorrow. Summer vacation is over for me! My new room (in a new AIR CONDITIONED addition/first time in 33 years of teaching) just got its tile floor yesterday, so I am hoping I have a room by tomorrow and that I can begin moving things into my new room by the afternoon. (I have meetings in the morning!)

I just wanted to thank you fine ladies...and gents...for keeping me company this summer. Some of you know, and some of you don't, that I had a very tough year last year. You great group of people, whether you knew it or not, have been my therapy this summer to help me "heal" from that stressful year. I don't know if I am ready to go back, but I no longer have a choice...ready or not, here I come!

So, even though I may not be posting during the day, I will be sneaking a peak at what your are talking about before school starts, during SSR (I like to do my Silent Sustained Reading on-line{#emotions_dlg.blush}), during lunch, and after school.

I will be around on and off today. I am setting up my electronic gradebook from home and working on lesson plans for next week.

So...thanks for the memories. It have been a memorable summer!
