O/T Shop.Com

I usually use ebates when I shop online because they offer cash back on most stores. There is a couple in my church who are really pushing us to use Shop.Com when ordering online because a portion of the sales go to our church as a fundrasier. They are REALLY pushing this on folks and when I looked it up I see it is a product of Market America, a direct sales company. Have any of you used this site? How does it compare to ebates and is it on the up and up?
