O/T Send the Trend

Recently I got an order from QVC and in the box was a card from Send the Trend. It states it's a QVC subsidiary. I went to look on the website and they have all the brands QVC sells. I don't understand why I would buy from there when I purchase from QVC. Am I not understanding something?
