Does anyone know how to log in to the QVC Beauty app for iPhone? Mine is asking for the 4 digit PIN.

They want to 4-digit PIN you used before they made us change our password.

Right, that no longer works. It only gives me the option for numbers.

Check to see if there is an update for the app, if not chances are they haven't came out with the update yet to fix that issue

Thanks Sam. The app updates every month, but the problem isn't fixed.

Hey Honny, I think there's a way you can have it send a new pin to your phone...I vaguely recall having that prob when we switched from pin's to that huge giant log-in password deal.

(That was very inconvenient too, Q!! You impeded my ability to SpeedBuy by seconds!!! Do you know how much time that is in the cyber-world?...That's like *forever*!!! haha)

I was just able to sign into my app using my original 4-digit PIN (that I used prior to the switchover to passwords here). Why don't you try the ""forgot your PIN?"" option and reset it that way?
