Re: O/T- If you couldn't live in the U.S. any longer....where would you go??

If Hawaii wasn't our 50th state I'd move to Maui. If Canada was warmer, I'd be there with the terrific people. I truly like Canadians. Like many posters, I need to be outdoors in the sunshine. Ancestors are from Ireland and Scotland -- tempting, but I need better weather. That leaves Australia or New Zealand for me. I've never been to Bermuda, but that may have been a very good answer.

I've never been to Bermuda, either. But Martinique certainly sounds tempting!!!

Hungary. I just sailed into Budapest at night and am in love with Hungary. I want to live here.

Hmmm, I've traveled to and lived in many places. My all-time wish would be a beach house on Cape Cod, where I grew up...but out of the country would be somewhere in Scandinavia where my grandparents were from. I like the healthier, more liberal-minded lifestyle there. Plus, it's awesomely beautiful!

I am the most indecisive, over-thinking person you will ever find, but this question was easy:

Italy! No doubt about it. The people, the scenery, the food, the music, the atmosphere, everything! And I know enough of the language to get by. How I would love the opportunity to became fluent!!

Fastest time I ever answered a question like this. :-)

And yes, I am happy living in the good old USA! Where I live, we get all four seasons and I like that, so I probably won't ever venture far. Happy 4th of July!!!
