Have recently noticed I'm getting these enjoyable, (cough, cough), moments. Usually, I'm cold, so they haven't been too bad. Have a couple of questions from those of you who have experience in this area:
1. is it possible to stop, or slow a HF once it's started? (I've resorted to putting the AC on HIGH and directing the vents on me when I drive, as soon as I get the start of a "feeling" - but it still continues).
2. does exercise help? My recent trip to the Dr for my annual confimed I'm in the joys of men-a-pause (it's been a year since anything has happened). He said that exercise should help with the HF. I do work-out with weights, nothing really aerobic though. Anyone notice that certain types of exercise have helped?
