O/T Gift Suggestions

My son and daughter-in-law have a high school girl from Germany living with them as a foreign exchange student this year. Her parents are coming for a visit, and I would like to give her mom a welcome gift. I'm thinking of something that she could keep as a keepsake/memory of her trip. Any suggestions?
