O/T - Ebayers, please help

Hi,

Last night I purchased something, but after going over my finances, I realized I really couldn't afford it. I already paid the purchase with Paypal. I emailed the seller this morning and explained to situation to her and asked if she could cancel the order, that was 5 hours ago and I haven't heard back.

What is my next step? Who should I call? Paypal? Ebay? Please provide guidance.
