I've also had an amazing experience with them. I couple of years ago, I bought a new laptop. I fell asleep with it on my lap on the bed. Also on the bed was my 8 mo old lab. When I woke up all the keys had been chewed off and the the screen was cracked. My new laptop was completely unusable. I called the concierge service, they got the manufacturer on the phone. They agreed to repair it for a flat fee of $200. I had my laptop back within a week with a new case, new screen and new keyboard. Files and data intact.

They are amazing! I bought a 50 inch TV and 2 months before the extended Costco warranty expired, I started to have lines sporadically appear. They sent someone to my home to fix it. After checking it out, he said it would be cheaper to replace it. He called his boss who said to return the TV to Costco for a FULL refund. I told them at the counter I felt bad since I had it for two years and maybe it should be prorated. They said nope, you are getting all your money back. We stand behind our products and want you to replace the item with a new TV. Well, TV prices had come down some in the two years since my original purchase so I was able to walk out of there with a beautiful new TV with updated features for nothing. Costco is the best!

They are the best! Got a computer on-line and it has "issues". After about 10 minutes with someone from the help desk, they told us to return it to the store for a full refund. We did just that and the store was amazing as well. Called the electronics manager up to talk with us about trading to a little better model, but at no cost to us. Of course, they offered a full refund. Costco is the best.
