O/T - Auto Delivery

Is there a way to remove the old Auto-Delivery orders I've cancelled from my Auto Delivery page under "My Account"? I know I'm not going to re-enroll in any of them and it's just a little annoying seeing them there everytime I log in to manage my ADs. Anyone know how to make the old, cancelled ones disappear?
