Please speak to your Dr as he may have to adjust your meds. You could be in the midst of a flare up or just have become tolerant of the meds. 6 years without an adjustment is a long time. If you are referred to a pain clinic give it a try, they can be most helpful. I have never heard of them as looking at people as if they are junkies. Best of luck!

Thank you all so much for the kind thoughts and information. I have osteo for those who asked and I have been seen by a rheumatologist. Mine was worse in the beginning in my wrists and knees, but is now in my fingers as well. I seem to be extremely sensitive to weather changes and I have to say this winter has been very hard. I find that regular massages really help and the supplement Zyflamend which reduces inflammation. I have used Arnica for years for injuries and bruises, but never thought of taking it for arthritis pain. I wanted to know if anyone here has tried Lyrica? My doctor mentioned Lyrica as an addition to my other meds if my pain level continued to worsen. You have all given me a lot to think about, and you have also given me support when I was feeling down. I always say that when a person is feeling good they have a buffer against the everyday stresses of life, but when you have chronic pain you use up the buffer just to function. Thanks to all of you I'm am feeling more motivated to try some new things and not just give in.

I have RA and the best things I've found that are natural not prescribed are OGANIC INDIA TURMERIC FORMULA . 90 capsules helps with pain and inflammation. Sometime I also use BIOFREEZE. My Doc said is good for arthritis. Lucky vitamin is running a sale on turmeric now. Good luck.
