I guess it depends on what state you reside in. I was NOT charged tax. I only order online.... as if I order over the phone I AM CHARGED TAX.

This is what I experience buying Andrew's products from HSN, too. It gives an estimate of taxes but you don't get charged the tax. And I live in Florida, too, and generally am charged tax from HSN.

Andrew's site offers the same price as HSN and I noticed he started offering flex-pays, too, last time I was buying from him.

I am not buying today but I will definitely buy his Circulation & Vein Support again. It is amazing & I used it every day for years. It made my legs/feet stop aching even when standing a long time. I was afraid of what would happen if I ran out & was surprised that, when I did, the pain did not return! But I am convinced it does a lot of good & taking it again will be helpful.
