@bargainsgirl  YES!!  For 3 years I had increased shedding, so much so I could feel the hair fall out down my arms in summer sleeveless shirts. Every time I touched my hair, it fell out. I hated to wash or comb/brush it.  I have naturally curly, medium thickness-to-thick hair. After some tests and talking to my doctor it was confirmed this one of the "perimeno" symptoms. I was devastated.

My nurse actually suggested Nutrafol a year ago, as she has the same issue, but I could not justify the cost. She also mentioned some med spa treatments that sounded gross and also out of pocket incredibly expensive (to the tune of thousands of dollars).  I tried Andrew Lessman hair and nails at HSN, and did nothing for me and that just made me feel worse and more depressed.

So this January I promised myself for the new year I would give Nutrafol a chance; 3-4 months minimum as they recommend before results would be seen. I already blew money on Lessman vitamins that did nothing, so why not do it again?  I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results!!!  I saw improvement in two months. My hair is just below the shoulders, and the tub drain was so bad previously I had to keep buying and cleaning out those hair strainers to catch all the hair each time I washed. It would be covered, and really ruined what should have been a relaxing moment to start the day.

 As of the last couple months, there might be a very few strands (normal shedding). When I brush my hair out, again it is only normal shedding. I have lots of baby hairs growing in all over and filling in some of those receding areas. My "widows peak" is coming back in nicely as well. I am thrilled and wrote as such on A-azon when I did a review over there. For so long I was in tears fearing I could not get this under control, and Nutrafol has been able to rebuild my hair confidence.

Xfusion is made by Toppik. Look for this on amazon:

Toppik Hair Building Fibers

It's the same product as the Xfusion, just a different name for it.

Yes and no, sometimes the color and texture can differ a little bit, and Toppik is frequently contourfeited, I only buy XF.

Try Biotin 10,000

One a day, most hairdressers swear by this to thicken up hair.

Actually tried it myself and it's definitely helpful.

Perhaps not for everyone, but it's affordable also.

Nature's Bounty, Biotin, 10,000 Mcg, 120 Rapid Release Softgels, NRT-51697

@Ronettes  That's what I take 👍🏻

From what I read the Xfusion product has been rebranded/repackaged and is no longer called by that name. Toppik company now calls it Toppik PRO and it's sold at selected online stores. Amazon has the Toppik Hair Fibers but it's not labeled as 'PRO' so that might be the difference that you mentioned.
