Nuface toning and wrinkle light.

I finally opened this up and charged the charger with the toning device on it for well over 24 hours. I tried it on my arm first. Put on the gel and then turn on the device and absolutely nothing happpens. I tried pressing all the buttons but to no avail. Nothing moves and I don't have any feeling on my arm. Is it me or the machine. The instructions really aren't good. The blue light does come on. Thanks.
