Not sure I'm liking UD N@ked palette!!???

This is crazy! I kept hearing the buzz on this and was on a wait list. I went ahead and got it thinking it was gonna be the best thing since sliced bread, BUT I "played" with the colors twice and both times I can't say I like the look. It looks like too much even if I just use the most neutral colors. I guess I need to learn how to only use a little bit and find which ones go together?? I don't know at this point. Maybe I'm too old for this (52) or maybe I just put too much on - which I didn't think I was????

Anyone else not liking this? Any ideas on how to use without looking overdone??? I hate to have it sit in a drawer unused but if I don't like it - that's where it will go.

Guess this is what I get for not sticking with my "not buying any beauty" idea for 2011 that I already ruined!!!! Live and learn.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated! Thanks
