If you want a change try the new salon. How did your husband's cut look? That should answer your question. I always look at how the stylist's hair looks even though she does not cut her own and any clients of hers that receive a cut. If she insists on free haircuts, I really would not worry about it but I would definitely remember her with either a big tip or gift at Christmas.
